teen beat tuesday

this week's post is dedicated to aaron spelling, in loving memory of him and the teen beatery that he has brought to my life. actually, it's interesting how few teen beaters were a part of 90210 (dean cain? wtf?), the best show of my young and then a bit older life. so, i present to you, brian austin green. his emergence into manhood took place sometime prior to his devirginization of donna who wore white lace lingere and somehow didn't scare off this young man who obviously had DEEP URBAN roots. he went from a skinny nerd in overalls with the straps hanging down to a tough tweeking rhymester who would later appear in playgirl. he also gave way to something i refer to as the BASKETBALL SHOE GUY, or the BSG. the BSG was the guy in high school who was the total opposite of the quiet guy in the metallica shirt and long hair who i also had secret crushes on. the BSG probably drove a honda of some sort and frequently wore shorts and escorted you (me) to dances.
